This project was an exercise in maximising the density of housing on a small suburban site without sacrificing liveability. Three double storey units are staggered in a linear fashion with an internal courtyard allowing light into the middle unit.

Playful colouring and formal separation of the two levels breakdown the massing of the units allowing the building to sit comfortably in its low rise setting.
