Concepts for office environments utilising shipping containers with an aim to enhance the work environment via internal and external green spaces, purifying air and increasing natural light. Daylighting and natural cross flow ventilation combined with heightened experiential qualities aim to increase employee productivity and general wellbeing. Recent studies by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency show direct links between employee productivity and indoor air quality.
